I’ve spent most of my career inside the property and building industry.
I’ve worked with builders, developers, sales teams, buyers and families. I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and how one decision made early can change the entire outcome.
Today, I bring that experience to the other side of the table.
I help people think differently about property, home and the future they are creating.
I’m interested in the decision behind the property.
A property decision is rarely just about the property.

I’m interested in understanding the bigger picture before jumping to the obvious answer.
Because the best property decision isn’t necessarily the biggest house, the newest house or the best-looking house.

30 years changes the way you see things.
I’ve spent decades watching the building and property industry from the inside.
That experience has taught me to ask different questions. Not just “What can we build?” But:
“Should we build it?”
“Who is this home really for?”
“What happens if life changes?”
“Does this decision still make sense five or ten years from now?”
“What haven’t we thought about yet?”
That’s the perspective I bring to every conversation.
